Atari Centipede

Atari Centipede is an exhilarating fixed shooter arcade game where players must fend off an array of pests, including centipedes, spiders, scorpions, and fleas, using their trusty bug blaster. The objective is to endure as long as possible in this thrilling adventure! Your bug blaster shoots tiny darts at the segmented centipede, which typically has between 10 to 12 body segments, including its head. When struck, each segment transforms into a mushroom, continuing its descent toward you independently. To completely eliminate the centipede, you must target and shoot its head. You can control the blaster using either the keyboard or mouse to move and shoot at the centipede.
